UK Delivery – Tracked on All Orders
Including the United Kingdom, Isle of Man, Jersey, and Guernsey:

Returns & Cancellations

Returns
We do not accept returns for international orders.
For UK orders, you may request a refund by emailing hello@miikorean.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your refund request is approved, you’ll have another 14 days to return the items.

To qualify for a refund, all products must be:
✅ Unopened
✅ Unused
✅ In their original packaging

Refunds will only be processed once we receive the returned items in their original condition. Approved refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the return.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email help@likeskincare.com within 14 days of delivery with clear photos attached. We’ll be happy to send a replacement for faulty items—refunds are not provided in these cases.

Incorrect Address & Unclaimed Parcels
If an incorrect delivery address is provided at checkout or if the package is unclaimed, customers will need to cover the additional postage costs for resending the parcel once it is returned to us.

Cancellations
To cancel an order, email hello@miikorean.com with your order number. Please note that cancellations can only be processed if the order has not yet been shipped.
